WE'VE SEEN IT ALL: FADS AND FACILITIES. TRENDS AND TECH. PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS.

OVER THE YEARS, WE'VE CERTAINLY SEEN SOME IMPROVEMENTS IN HUMAN PERFORMANCE AS A RESULT OF THESE CHANGES, BUT WE'VE ALSO WITNESSED THE UNDENIABLE RISE IN SPORT-RELATED INJURIES WHICH COINCIDE WITH THESE SUPPOSED ADVANCES IN SPORT SCIENCE. IF THE TRAINING FIELD HAS EVOLVED SO MUCH, THEN WHY ARE ATHLETES INJURED MORE FREQUENTLY AND SERIOUSLY THAN EVER BEFORE? WE CANNOT CONFIRM THAT CURRENT TRAINING METHODS ARE CAUSING THE RISE IN INJURIES, BUT THEY SURE DON'T SEEM TO BE HELPING/STOPPING IT.

DESPITE ALL OF THE CHANGES AND INNOVATIONS TO TRAINING, TWO THING HAVE REMAINED THE SAME: 1) THE HUMAN BODY AND 2) OUR METHOD OF TRAINING IT. WE MAXIMIZE PERFORMANCE GAINS WHILE MINIMIZING RISKS OF INJURY, OVERTRAINING, AND WASTED TIME.

OUR SYSTEM IS TIME-TESTED AND DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE FOR ATHLETES OF ALL AGES. WE DON'T TRAIN TO MAKE IMPRESSIVE VIDEOS ONLINE. NOR TO WE TRAIN TO PROMOTE OURSELVES. WE ALSO DON'T JUST TRAIN THE BODY. WE TRAIN THE MIND.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW FAST OR STRONG AN ATHLETE IS IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE CONFIDENCE OR COPING SKILLS TO OPTIMIZE THIER TALENT IN CRITICAL SITUATIONS. IT ALSO DOESN'T MATTER HOW MENTALLY TOUGH AN ATHLETE IS IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE PHYSICAL SKILL TO EXECUTE THE TASKS OF THE SPORT. THAT IS WHY WE TRAIN BOTH!
