The 6S Institute for Brain & Body Development provides a comprehensive array of services designed to meet the personal and/or performance goals of specific populations. Far too often, physical and mental skills have been trained separately (or not at all), compromising optimal health and performance. Our unique system promotes the essential combination of brain & body training for your goals. Each of our programs includes one or more of our 6 S's of success, and are offered at one of our facilities, on-site, or on-line.

Stress is not always a bad thing; it is often necessary for change. Physical stress is the force applied to the body in order to gain strength and power.
Mental stress can be perceived in a similar way, as a force stimulating growth. The key lies in the ability to manage it in a healthy manner.
Anybody can start something, but successful people apply the fortitude to persevere through struggle.
Physical stamina and endurance optimize fitness/performance.
Mental stamina promotes greater concentration and focus in completing challenging tasks.
