It's more than a work-out, it's a Work-in!

      The WorkIn WorkOut does as it says: gets us in shape from the inside (Mind) and the outside (Body). Each unique session provides calorie burning, muscle-toning, core strengthening physical challenges, infused with empowering mindset training designed to enhance self-esteem, brain-power, and mental health & happiness.

     Although there are plenty of credible and effective physical fitness programs available to us all, the reality is that the fitness gains made in workouts are generally not dependent on the actual exercise routine. There are only so many movements that the human body can/should make, and only so many ways to safely burn calories. So, given the fact that the exercises themselves are not secretive or innovative, the fitness results that we seek are actually more dependent upon our personal motivation, self-esteem, determination, health, happiness, etc. In other words, the ultimate key to fitness is our mentality, which requires and deserves equivalent training as the body.  

     In one exhilarating hour, our WorkIn WorkOut coaches guide you through a progression of exercises targeting 3 major phases of physical fitness (Strength, Stability, and Stamina) while also integrating fun and innovative mental skills within each phase. 

Exciting, exhausting, & empowering!

     Working out should be fun, not boring; It should be tiring, but not draining; And it should be invigorating, not demoralizing.

     The WorkIn WorkOut is unlike anything else in the industry. It is specifically designed to build your mind and body in ways that other training programs cannot. And unlike most training options, a beginner can train at the same time as an experienced fitness fanatic, without jeopardizing safety or satisfaction for either client. This is due to the purposeful design of the workout, and the built-in modifications that allow each person to progress at her/his appropriate pace and level.

     Sessions are designed so that each client cycles through the various phases, while also beginning and ending with a stretching period to ensure an added focus on flexibility.
