Brain Gains programming includes training skills and drills for enhanced brain function, along with educative lessons on the applied benefits of the selected protocols. Common functional training sessions include working memory, attention (selective, alternating, sustained), reaction time, vision, hearing, neural timing, object tracking, decision-making, stress response, etc.
Training protocols can be performed using innovative technological systems such as Dynavision, Neurotracker, and Interactive Metronome, along with bio/neurofeedback options. We also offer low-tech (apps) and no-tech training options which can be performed during in-person training sessions or prescribed for personal use.
